Embrace Happiness

So here's a little card I made for the Play Date Cafe and Case Study twist Challenge....

I made the flower out of a pattern laying around, and really I'm not much of a pattern user when I sew...usually I wing it! So I cut it up and used it for this pretty flower.
The rose cabochons sitting inside the flower is one I made with translucent Sculpey and a mold. The bird is another cabochon I made.
I used some PTI satin ribbon in simply chartreuse to make leaves for the flower.

Want some real eye candy? Check out this treasury I made on Etsy, it is YUM-O!

  13. Danielle, your card is beautiful, but what makes it more special are the touches that you handmade yourself. Gorgeous. Hey, I tried to go thru the link to Etsy (you sure know how to lure a person!), but it doesn't go to an item you've made....only a general page with lots of sellers' items.

THanks for playing with us at the Cafe again! Love to see you there.
